For the vast majority of commercial documents, yes. SignLab produces tamper-evident PDFs with a full audit trail — IP addresses, timestamps, and a QR-verifiable certificate — designed to meet the requirements of e-signature laws in the US, EU, UK, UAE, and many other jurisdictions.
Is an electronic signature legally valid in the UAE?
Yes. The UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services recognises electronic signatures as legally valid for most commercial documents. A few document types — such as property transfer deeds and wills — still require a handwritten signature.
Does the signer need a SignLab account?
No. Signers receive a secure link by email. They open it in any browser, draw their signature (or tick to agree), and submit. No registration, no app download, no friction.
Are there any per-signature fees?
No. SignLab uses flat monthly pricing — each plan includes a monthly document allowance, and you are never charged per signature on top. If you reach your allowance, you can upgrade or buy a pay-as-you-go document pack.
What counts as a document?
Each document you send for signature counts as one against your monthly allowance, regardless of how many pages it has or how many people sign it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there are no long-term contracts. Cancel in your account settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period. Your signed documents remain available to download.
